3. Ordering

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all details you provide are accurate, you are over 18 years old, and you have the legal authority to enter into a contract.

  • Once your order is received, you will receive an email confirmation. A contract is formed once payment has been accepted.

4. Personalisation

  • As our products are custom-made to your specifications, please ensure all text, logos, and images you provide are correct.

  • We are not responsible for errors in personalised details submitted by the customer.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any design or text we deem offensive, infringing, or inappropriate.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, but this will not affect orders already confirmed.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery times may vary depending on the level of personalisation and demand.

  • We aim to dispatch all personalised products within the estimated timeframes stated at checkout.

  • BackboardPro cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors beyond our control.

  • If a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

7. Returns and Cancellations

  • Due to the bespoke nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing it, provided that production has not yet begun.

  • Refunds for approved cases will be processed back to the original payment method.

8. Product Quality and Representation

  • We make every effort to display product colours and materials accurately; however, variations may occur due to screen settings or printing processes.

  • Minor colour or material differences will not constitute grounds for a refund.
